Need to exchange an item?
We offer a 7-day exchange policy for unworn items, provided they are returned with tags intact in their original packaging.

Exchange Guidelines:

Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery for full-price items only.

Items must not be worn, washed, or damaged and should be in their original condition with tags attached.

Sale or discounted items cannot be exchanged.

Full-price purchased orders will not be eligible for exchange if a sale or discount is active at the time of the request.

The customer is responsible for return postage costs.

How to Exchange Your Item:

Contact our WhatsApp team and share your order details along with clear pictures of the item, ensuring that the tags are intact.

Once approved, return the item to the address provided.

The exchange process will begin once we receive and inspect the returned item.

We do not offer refunds. However, if your exchange request cannot be fulfilled, you may opt for a store voucher.
