Need to return an item?
We hope you are happy with your purchase but if you wish to return an item you can do so within 7 days of purchase for a full refund of the product.
Please inform us within 2 working days if there is a problem with your order. Returns then must reach us no later than 7 working days from the date you received the item.
Items must be in their original condition with tags intact. Please be careful when trying on your item as we will not refund items that are customized.
Please allow up to 2 working days for your return to be processed. Your bank may take 3-5 working days to show the refund in your account.
How to return your item
Please return the item to the address written on the package
You should include your dispatch note in the parcel as proof of purchase. If you have lost this, please enclose a note with your return including your order number and name.
We recommend sending your parcel back using a recorded service so you can track its journey and obtain and keep a copy of your proof of postage.
We do not offer exchanges on returns, only refunds. If you would like to swap an item we suggest you return the product for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Return postage cost is customer’s responsibility.
We will only refund the item value without postage costs of original shipping or return shipping.
