• Please note that we only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tags on in the bag they were shipped in.
• Returns are available within 14 days of delivery and are available on full-price items.
• Sale or discounted items wouldn't be entertained in refund and exchange policy.
• Full price purchased orders will not be accepted in returns when store is offering sale/discount.
• We will issue the refund within 5-7 working days of receiving the items, the refund may take 5-7 days to reach you. You can also choose to receive your refund within 24 hours as a store voucher.
• Items can be exchanged within 7 days. Items shouldn't be worn, washed and torn. Must be in original condition with tags intact.
• Return postage cost is customer’s responsibility.
• We will only refund the item value without postage costs of original shipping or return shipping.
